Isle of Jura 36-Year-Old – Season One
Bottled from an Octave cask, this 36-year-old Jura opens with mellow aromas of warm lemon pastry, sea air, sweet orange, and crème brûlée. The palate is light and buttery, unfolding into rich layers of caramelised brown sugar, custard, and a signature oiliness. A gently spiced finish follows, with clove, cinnamon, honeyed sweetness, and a subtle peppery lift.
