Tasting Notes

Nose

Elegant and beautifully composed, opening with delicate floral notes and fresh lemon zest. Candied orange peel follows, alongside warm baked pastry and a soft marzipan richness. Time in the glass reveals gentle layers of almond sweetness and mature oak without overpowering the whisky’s lighter character.

Palate

Sweet and delicate on arrival, with citrus oils, soft pastry and a subtle almond richness carrying through from the nose. The texture is graceful and measured before lively pepper begins to build, bringing energy and definition to the whisky while retaining its remarkable balance.

Finish

Light, warming and exceptionally clean. Citrus sweetness gradually gives way to a refined peppery lift, leaving behind soft marzipan, gentle spice and the quiet elegance of a beautifully matured whisky.
