Dispatch Times:
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (noon) will be shipped the following working day.
Orders placed after 12:00 PM or on weekends/bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Courier & Age Verification:
All orders are shipped via DPD’s signed-for service. Deliveries must be received by someone aged 18 or over. DPD may request proof of age and/or address upon delivery.

If your order arrives as expected and you simply wish to return it, you may do so at your own expense. The item must be unopened and returned in its original condition.

Damaged or Faulty Items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Return Conditions:
Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.
