Returns and Refund Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We hope you are delighted with your order. However, if you need to return a product, please read the following policy:

  • Unwanted Items:
    If your order arrives as expected and you simply wish to return it, you may do so at your own expense. The item must be unopened and returned in its original condition.

  • Return Address:

  • Damaged or Faulty Items:
    If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

  • Return Conditions:
    Returned items must be securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account once processed.

  • Refunds are only issued:

    • For unwanted items after they are returned and inspected.

    • For faulty or damaged goods, once validated.

    • We do not issue refunds for any orders delivered to incorrect addresses due to customer error.
