We take inspiration from the country’s five whisky regions, pairing their unique characteristics with the shifting beauty of each Scottish season. From Islay’s stormy seas to the Spring dew of Speyside, each bottle reflects the landscape that shaped it.

Sonny Charles — Founder
Born and bred in Edinburgh, our founder, Sonny Charles, has spent more than a decade immersed in the world of spirits. With a deep respect for tradition, he’s always been drawn to the way whisky captures a distinct piece of Scotland, its landscapes, stories, and quiet sense of place.
Before founding Whisky Craft, Sonny worked with some of Scotland’s most respected whisky brands, helping to secure major retailers, achieve industry awards, and collaborate with national institutions to create bespoke white label expressions.
Our distinct visual identity is brought to life through bespoke patterns created by Scottish artist Eilidh McKay, working from her studio in picturesque Kinnesswood. Drawing from the textures, colours, and shifting moods of the Scottish landscape, Eilidh’s hand-painted artworks lend every bottle a distinctly recognisable label.
