Tasting Notes

Nose

Mellow and sophisticated, with aromas of warm lemon pastry, sea air, sweet orange, and crème brûlée.

Palate

Light and buttery at first, evolving into rich layers of caramelised brown sugar, custard, followed by a familiar oiliness.

Finish

Gently spiced with clove and cinnamon, balanced by honeyed sweetness and a light peppery lift.
